Bli’s Newest Residential Community
When completed this development will comprise of approximately
450 dwellings and over 1,000 residents.
The Lake, Sporting facilities and Commercial Precinct
should be completed by the end of 2007. No final decision
has yet been set for the Commercial make-up. Probably
a small IGA type supermarket with a number of specialty
stores similar to the current Bli Bli Shopping Centre.
The first house commenced after settlements began in September
2004 and to date over 140 homes have been completed or
are under construction.
Sales have been great since the start of this financial
year with the Builders & ourselves accounting for
most of the 200+ sales in the estate.
Parklakes has a large variety of allotments starting with
a few Courtyard size (460m2) to several larger (up to
1500m2) and all sizes in between. Some are level –
some sloping with great views.
